Mr. Sukhbir Sharma (Chairman), the founder chairman of the college hails from the locality where the institutions school stands tall today. In a journey full of thorny and bumpy roads he successfully reached his goal and vowed to do something for the students of the rural areas so that they can stand on an equal footing with their counterparts on national and international level in cities. Mr. Sukhbir Sharma is an eminent personality associated with a host of social and labour organizations in the country and has a number of achievements to his credit. He was the Founder Chairman of Delhi Labour Welfare Board, Government of NCT of Delhi besides, he also held various positions in State and Central Government.

Advocate Kush Sharma (Vice Chairman), is a practicing lawyer at Supreme Court of India and Delhi High Court. He graduated with first class degree in law from Symbiosis International University, Pune and have also pursued PG from Kings College, London. Advocate Kush Sharma is giving his best to create an international standard of education in the school on the basis of global exposure and international experiences in the field of that he received in London and other parts of the world. Mr Prasad is a Gold Medallist from Banaras Hindu University and carries with him a vast administrative experience. He has also taught at the prestigious Banaras Hindu University in Varanasi.

Mr. K.R. Prasad (Director Administration), is an ex-bureaucrat. He efficiently served as a Principal Secretary in Election Commission of India. Besides he has served in the Ministries of Education, Steel & Mines, and Defence of Government of India at various dignified designations. With his rich experience, Mr. Prasad, has created a distinctive identity for D R College of Engineering and Technology. The knowledge and administrative experience of Mr.Prasad is an asset for the DR Group of institutions.
